- Assumption of Risk: Guests enter Fallawatra Green Resort at their own risk. Fallawatra Green Resort shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the stay.
- No Hunting: Hunting within the premises of Fallawatra Green Resort is strictly prohibited. Guests found violating this rule will be promptly escorted from the premises without refund, and any shot animals will be confiscated.
- No Shooting: Shooting is strictly prohibited, except in emergencies such as encounters with venomous snakes or jaguars posing an immediate threat to the safety of our guests.
- No Fishing with Nets: Fishing with nets within the premises of Fallawatra Green Resort is strictly prohibited. Guests are only allowed to fish using fishing rods.
- Noise Policy: To maintain the tranquility of the jungle environment, guests are requested to refrain from playing loud music or creating excessive noise that may disturb other guests or wildlife.
- Conservation: Guests are prohibited from taking any plants, stones, or natural elements from the surrounding park area. The flora and fauna are to be admired but not disturbed. Guests found violating this rule will be direclty removed from the premises without refund.
- Creek Safety: For safety reasons and to preserve the cleanliness of the creek, guests are not allowed to bring food, drinks, or glass containers near the creek area.
- Cleanliness: Guests are expected to keep the premises clean and tidy. Garbage must be disposed of properly in designated bins. Please leave no trace of your visit behind.
- Night Safety: When walking at night, guests must use a headlamp or flashlight to ensure visibility and safety.
- Wildlife Interaction: Feeding of any animals, including dogs and exotic wildlife such as birds, is strictly prohibited. Interaction with wildlife should be limited to observation only.
- Reporting of Issues: If guests notice any unusual occurrences or damages within the resort premises, they are encouraged to inform resort staff immediately. We will promptly address any issues to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests.
- Waste Management: Prior to departure, guests are required to gather their trash and dispose of it at the designated garbage collection point.
Reservations
- Advance Reservations: To ensure your preferred dates, reservations must be made at least 2 weeks before check-in.
- Last Minute Reservations: Depending on availability, we offer last-minute reservations. Please check the calendar for availability.
- Road Reservations: If you’re passing by and seeking a tranquil rest stop, feel free to drive into the resort and inquire about availability with the manager. Payment can be made directly in cash or via internet banking.

Cancellation Policy
Guests must cancel their reservation within a specified period before the check-in date to be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation Policy & Refund Eligibility
- More than 14 days before check-in: Full refund.
- More than 7 days before check-in: 25% Cancellation Fee.
- 7 days to 48 hours before check-in: 50% Cancellation Fee.
- Less than 48 hours before check-in: Guests who fail to cancel their reservation within this timeframe will be considered a “no-show” and will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note: Guests who do not arrive for their reservation without prior cancellation will also be considered a “no-show” and will not receive a refund.
Cancellation Period Exceptions
We do offer partial refunds or credit for future stays if the cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances, such as medical emergencies or natural disasters. Guests may be required to provide documentation to support their claim.
Refund Process
Refunds, if applicable, are typically processed using the same method of payment used for the booking. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the accommodation’s policies.
